The land alongside the Stadium on the Riverside. The land that is used for the Live at the Marquee events and Funderland. It once belonged to Howard Holdings Limited but is now believed to be in NAMA. This land could be purchased by the County Board at a knock down price. The land is large enough to fulfill all of the County Boards needs such as second pitch, parking and Hotel.
